The best seasons for trekking are Spring (March to May) and Autumn (September to November). Spring offers blooming rhododendrons and stable weather, while Autumn provides the clearest mountain views and crisp blue skies after the monsoon season.

Yes, comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all our treks. It must specifically cover high-altitude trekking up to 6,000m and emergency helicopter evacuation. This ensures your safety and financial protection in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Fitness requirements vary by trek. For 'Easy' treks, good health and a habit of walking are sufficient. 'Moderate' treks require a decent level of stamina, while 'Hard' treks like Everest Base Camp require prior hiking experience and good cardiovascular fitness.

On most popular routes, we stay in local tea houses or mountain lodges. These are simple but cozy guest houses with shared or private rooms. In Kathmandu and Pokhara, we provide standard 4-5 star hotel accommodations.
